Refund policy

USA ORDERS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all items within 14 days of receipt (unless marked FINAL SALE). Items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Please email jennyandstacey@shopeverand.com to obtain a prepaid return shipping label. All returns must be sent using our prepaid shipping label as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products - this is the only way to be eligible for a full refund and items must be postmarked by the 14th day. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, $5 return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, and a 5% restocking fee applies. Upon receipt back to us, please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments for replacement.
