Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

All orders are shipped from Evanston, IL and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below: 

Orders to East and West Coast addresses take 5 to 7 business days.

Orders to Southern states and Midwestern states take 3 to 5 business days.

International orders are shipped via UPS and speed varies based on location.

USA ORDERS

Standard shipping $4.99 

Orders $50 and over (before shipping and taxes are added) receive free Standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories don't apply for free shipping.

Orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service to home addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes and via UPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All duties, import taxes, shipping (via UPS) and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and the UK.  Please contact us if you would like to request shipping to another country other than those listed above.
